Glenn was born and raised in Queens, New York, is a certified strength coach and 2nd year Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) student. After suffering multiple debilitating injuries, he dedicated his time and effort to learning how to move optimally.

As he developed his craft, the one constant was his ability to learn from his mentors and his teachers. He was able to take the many systems of training and create a cohesive plan with principles that were easy to follow and produce results.
